We are responsible for repairs to the structure and outside of your home and for the supply of water, gas, electricity, sanitation and heating.

If you have a problem with any of these, please Report a repair online via self-service as soon as possible so we can repair the fault for you.

Repairs which are emergencies:

  • Flood (but not from a washing machine)
  • Property not secure
  • Fire
  • Gas leak (Please contact Gas Emergency Services if you smell gas on 0800 111 999)
  • No power

You can report a repair to us:

If your gas boiler, central heating or hot water needs repairing please call our gas contractor, Smith & Byford, direct on 0800 917 8335. If you can smell gas, think you have a gas leak or are worried fumes containing carbon monoxide are escaping from a gas appliance, please call the free Gas Emergency Services emergency line immediately on 0800 111 999.

Once you report a repair we will place an order for the work to be done or arrange for a surveyor to check what work needs to be done. We make an appointment with you for a mutually convenient time.

We sometimes carry out planned improvement work to your home such as regular repair work, painting the outside of your property or replacing doors, kitchens or bathrooms. We will contact you before these works are done.

After the repair or improvement work, we (or a contractor) may contact you by telephone to ask how happy you were with the work. We use your feedback to ensure we provide the best possible repairs service.
