We’ve submitted a planning application for the redevelopment of the former Merstham Library site.

The proposal will provide:

  • Four 2-bedroom, four person family homes for shared ownership
  • Ten 3-bedroom, five person family homes for shared ownership.

There will be a total of 27 car parking spaces, three of which will be allocated for visitors. The site offers great connectivity to local transport links, amenities and open spaces.

The homes will be delivered as low carbon, achieved through Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). This means they will be pre-manufactured in a factory environment to achieve high levels of quality and efficiency with a reduction in build time and using sustainable techniques to reduce materials wastage. These will significantly reduce the impact on the environment and enhance the existing local community.

The new homes are due to be completed by early 2025.
