We’re winners!

We’re absolutely thrilled to have won the Gold Award for Customer / Tenant Services at the Housing Technology Awards 2024!

Our award was for our Better Connected programme, which has seen us go through a big transformation over the last few years. We’ve replaced multiple IT systems with a single platform, which means we can simplify processes and we have a single place for accurate, reliable and up to date data. Our ultimate aim with this was to improve our customers’ journey and overall experience.

A huge well done to our dedicated Raven team for all their hard work on this project and wining with well deserved award.
