We’re winners in the Housing Digital Awards!
We’re absolutely delighted to have won the Best Digital Transformation award at this year’s Housing Digital Awards. The award recognises the work we’ve all been doing with our Better Connected programme over the last three years.
With Better Connected, we’ve completely transformed the way our organisation operates. Not only have we improved our customers’ experience, providing access to many more services online, we’ve also improved efficiency and how teams can work together across our business in support of our customers. Our online portal, MyRaven, is a prime example of this. With just a few clicks, customers can pay rent, set up direct debits, view important documents, chat with us, report and track any anti-social behaviour or complaints, schedule and track repairs, and even upload documents, photos and videos. The portal integrates with our internal systems allowing colleagues to access information, process requests and work from any location.
