Ways to pay your rent

You must pay your rent a week in advance as stated in your Raven Tenancy Agreement. If you are worried about debts or paying your rent, please contact our Moneywise team immediately on 0300 123 3399

 

The best ways to pay us your rent:

 

Direct Debit

This is the easiest and safest way to pay. You can pay any day weekly, 2 weekly, 4 weekly or monthly. Banks offer a ‘Direct Debit guarantee’ for you.

To arrange to pay your rent by Direct Debit, contact your bank or call us on 0300 123 3399 and we can set it up for you.

 

Online

You can pay your rent online via our self-service portal:

Please give the following details to your bank together with your unique seven digit rent reference number (5xxxxxx):

Cheques should be made payable to Raven Housing Trust Ltd. Please write your address on the back of the cheque and send to:

Post Office or PayPoint

Using your rent card, pay by card, cash or cheque. Please make sure you keep your receipts
