Have your say – Competence and Conduct Standard focus group
We’re inviting you to join a focus group on Thursday 23rd July from 11am – 12pm at Raven House in Redhill, to help us shape the standards our colleagues will follow when delivering services to you.
This is part of our work preparing for the new Competence and Conduct Standard for housing, being introduced by the Regulator for Social Housing from October 2026.
Your views will help us understand what professional, respectful and trustworthy service looks like from a customer perspective.
During the focus group we’d like you to:
- Share with us what good conduct and respectful behaviour looks like to you
- Help us shape the standards we expect from colleagues
- Influence how we build trust and accountability into our services
If you attend the focus group, you’ll receive a shopping voucher for £30 as a thank you for your time and involvement.
Interested in taking part? Please contact shuna.china@ravenht.org.uk to book your place.
What is the Competence and Conduct Standard?
The Standard is designed to make sure housing professionals have the right skills, knowledge, experience and behaviours to deliver safe, respectful and high quality services to customers.
As part of this work, we’re developing a Code of Conduct and a Learning and Development Policy. Your feedback will directly shape how we put these standards into practice across Raven.
