I’ve been able to learn quickly through being trusted and being given responsibility – 2 years after starting my apprenticeship, I’m more then comfortable to do a big job on my own and I’ve been promoted into an improver position. I would encourage anyone who is not sure what to do in college to do a apprenticeship, as you learn and earn on the go.”
