Easter egg hunt at the Merstham hub

Easter at Gatton Park

Complete the fun trail and solve the clues to win an Easter treat.
When: Friday 7th and Monday 10th April from 10:30-4pm

Easter egg hunt in Priory Park

Pro-Active community is hosting an Easter egg hunt in Priory Park (next to the Pavilion).
When: Saturday 8th April from 12-3pm
Cost: £2 entry with proceeds going towards the Pro-Active Community, a local charity supporting people with learning disabilities, autism or acquired brain injury

Woodhatch Easter fun day

Starts on the green for an Easter egg hunt, games and entertainment. Followed by a Spring fayre, crafts, refreshments and Easter treats at the Woodhatch Community Centre. We’ll be there too, so come and say ‘hello’!

Salfords Village Hall Easter craft and gift fair

Stalls of local small businesses with treats and goodies, face painting, and a free Easter egg hunt for the children

Beech Hurst Miniature Railway – Sussex Miniature Locomotive Society

A lovely little miniature railway opens up for the season!
When: Wednesday 5th April is a special day to raise money for charity plus open Good Friday, Easter Saturday and Easter Monday from 2-5pm
Cost: £2 per person, under 1s ride free!

Godstone Farm – Easter Grotto

Lots of fun Easter themed activities at Godstone Farm including Easter crafts, egg rolling and bunny sack race plus a trail. You can upgrade your ticket to include the Easter Grotto to meet the Easter bunny with treats along the way!

Stay and play over Easter

Little Fishes parent and toddler group at St Luke’s Church

South Nutfield stay and play at South Nutfield Village Hall

Bouncy castle, play, arts and crafts. Refreshments available.

Horley library

  • Every day in the school holidays – By the sea treasure hunt and colour in a variety of sea creatures and seaweed and then watch the underwater scene emerge at the end of the holidays
  • Tuesday 4th April from 10.30am to 11.30am – Sea craft, rainbow fish: Suitable for age 3+. Cost: £1 per child. No booking necessary.
  • Wednesday 5th April, from 10.30am to 11.30am – Sea craft, sea creatures: Suitable for age 3+. Cost: £1 per child. No booking necessary.
  • Saturday 8th April, from 10.30am to 11.30am – Sea craft, treasure chest: Suitable for age 3+. Cost: £1 per child. No booking necessary.
  • Tuesday 11th April, from 10.30am to 11.30am – Sea craft, pirates: Suitable for age 3+. Cost: £1 per child. No booking necessary.
  • Thursday 13th April, from 2.30pm to 3.30pm. LEGO Club: Suitable for age 6+. Cost: £1 per child. No booking necessary.

Reigate library

Drop in and take part in these fun activities inspired by traditional Chinese arts and crafts:

  • Saturday 8th April – from 10.30am to 11.30am – Rabbit Fan: Cost £1 per child, suitable for ages 5+.
  • Friday 14th April – from 2.30pm to 3.30pm – Drum: Cost £1 per child, suitable for ages 5+.

Listen while we tell tales and stories from China:

  • Wednesday 12th April – from 2.30pm to 3pm. Suitable for ages 3+. Free event, donations welcomed.

Easter themed workshops will be held from 2pm to 4pm for children aged 3 to 11 on the following dates:

  • Monday 3rd April – Craft workshop, Easter Bonnets
  • Tuesday 4th April – Craft workshop, Easter Bouquet
  • Wednesday 5th April – Creative drama workshop
  • Tuesday 11th April – Craft workshop, Caterpillars and Butterflies
  • Wednesday 12th April – Craft workshop, Easter Bunnies.
