We welcome a new Executive Director of Customer Experience
We’re very happy to welcome newly appointed Natalie Flageul as Executive Director of Customer Experience at Raven Housing Trust. Natalie joins us in this new role, created as part of our ongoing transformation of the way we deliver services to our customers and communities.
With a track record in delivering outstanding results for customers, employees and organisations, Natalie joins us following four years as Director of Customer Experience at SSE Energy Services. At SSE she led change by using customer insight to identify what really mattered to customers and implemented a way of working that changed the organisation’s culture to one driven by the customers’ priorities.
Attracted to us because our values match her own, and with a desire to be part of a purpose driven organisation, Natalie joins Raven’s Executive Team, where she will use her drive and passion to make a real difference to each and every customer.
