Raven seeks diverse views on services

We are constantly looking to improve services by listening to your views. We know that our customers are really diverse and we want our decisions to reflect this. We have customers of all age ranges, ethnicities and faiths, some of whom are LBGTQI, pregnant or disabled. We are aware that there may be some gaps in services when it comes to the specific needs of some of these groups of people. We want to be as inclusive as possible, and to improve this we are carrying out some customer research in partnership with an agency called Watermelon.

Watermelon will be sending out a survey via email (and post where relevant), to a cross-section of our customers. The survey will take about 20 minutes to complete and ask a variety of questions about your views and experiences of Raven. Anybody who chooses to complete the survey will receive a £10 shopping voucher as a thank you. You can also volunteer to take part in small focus groups where you’ll be asked more in-depth questions. Focus group participants will receive a £30 shopping voucher.

The results of the research will be published on our website, as well as how we plan to use the findings.

We are particularly seeking the views of people who are:

  • LBGTQI
  • Elderly customers over 75
  • Pregnant or have a baby of 1 years old or under
  • From an ethnic minority background
  • Disabled.

If you would specifically like to participate in the survey or prefer not to be contacted, please email angela.ellis@ravenht.org.uk.
