Value for money is central to all we do.
We need to get maximum value for money from our homes and other properties we own, as well as our income and our people.
By getting the most from these we can then meet our main purpose which is to provide good quality homes and services to those who need them most.
At the same time, we need to gain extra value from the contracts and relationships we have with our suppliers.
