Raven Housing Trust is a successful social business born in 2002. 15 years later and we’ve built more than 1,000 new homes, invested £170 million in existing homes, and consistently improved our range of products and services.


Our route for the future

We have ambitious plans at Raven. They need to be ambitious because the lives and futures of the people that live in Raven Homes, as well as their neighbours and communities, depend on it. Our work over the next three years will focus on:

Homes

Providing a new affordable home for 630 households and in the process add 230 new homes to the housing stock of Surrey and Sussex.

Lives

Creating choice and opportunity for our residents and customers within the communities we serve.

People

Create a place of work where people are inspired and valued.

Capacity

We will pay attention to making ourselves easy to do business with, and maximum financial capacity to invest in more homes and services.
