Welcoming new customers to Raven

We’re pleased to confirm the transfer of 2,227 homes to Raven Housing Trust from Orbit was completed on Monday 12th October 2026.

These homes are all located in the south east, many in communities we already provide homes in, with some additional ones in Croydon and Sutton, and down on the south coast in Worthing, Brighton and Hove. These homes include a range of tenures including affordable and social rent, leasehold, shared ownership and supported living, across nine local authorities. The majority of homes transferred on completion, with the remainder following a phased transfer plan.

The transfer enables us to increase our portfolio of affordable homes in the south east to over 9,500.

This transfer strengthens our ability to invest in homes, services and communities, creating an even greater positive impact for both existing and new customers. It expands our capacity to provide more affordable homes, support more people and build stronger communities across the region. Most importantly, it allows us to build on our purpose of building homes and changing lives, delivering what matters to customers today and for generations to come.”
