We’re supporting ASB Awareness Week

ASB awareness week

We’re supporting Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Awareness Week from 3rd-9th July. Throughout the week we’ll be attending events and sharing important information about ASB and to highlight your rights if you’re a victim.

What’s going on this week?

Throughout this week we’ll be with Surrey Police and Reigate and Banstead Council at various community events. We’ll be on hand to answer your questions and address your concerns around ASB. The theme for this year’s ASB Awareness Week is ‘know your rights’ and these events will be a good opportunity to better understand the rights you have with ASB.

So stop by and see us at:

  • Tadworth Leisure Centre – Tuesday 4th July from 11am- 1pm
  • Horley Recreation Ground – Wednesday 5th July from 11am – 1pm
  • Redhill Town Centre – Thursday 6th July – 11am – 2pm

If you have an ASB issue that you’d like to raise, you can do this through your MyRaven online account or by calling un on 0300 123 3399

Keep an eye on our social media as we’ll be sharing more information about ASB and your rights as a victim during the week. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

What is ASB and what can I do about it?

ASB is behaviour that causes harassment, nuisance or distress to another person. It includes a wide range of unacceptable behaviour that affects the quality of life for those in the community. Examples include neighbourhood noise, drug use, assaults and threats, domestic abuse, fly-tipping and arson.

You can read lots of information about what is and isn’t classed as ASB, how to report it, the next steps and where to go for extra help.
