Raven are in contract with Crest Nicolson for 22 affordable of which 13 are for shared ownership and 9 for social rent, as part of the North West Sector development in Horley, to be known as Westvale Park.
The site is located on the north west fringe of Horley between the A217 Reigate Road to the west and the A23 Bonehurst Road to the East, and is made up of a number of developers which have formed as part of a consortium, to work towards providing up to 1510 homes in the next few years.
The new affordable units will consist of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses with the first phase to be handed over December 2017. (Social Rent: 5 x 2 Bedroom, 3 x 3 Bedroom, 1 x 4 Bedroom and Shared Ownership: 10 x 2 Bedroom & 3 x 3 Bedroom).
Improvements will be made to the current infrastructure as well as providing new amenities consisting of a new primary school and neighbour centre.
Initial nominations for all the rented homes will be via Reigate and Banstead Borough Council. As for the shared ownership units you will need to be registered with Help to Buy SE.
