Smith and Byford Update

We have seen the volume of calls to Smith and Byford and their emergency Out of Hours  call centre return to more normal levels over the previous two weekends. We still have a backlog of outstanding heating relating repairs to catch up  but the additional resource recruited by our contractor that manages boiler repairs on our behalf is starting to make inroads in the number of repairs outstanding.

We have had several meetings with Smith and Byford to identify some of the learnings from this cold weather period particularly when temperatures drop rapidly and we will be implementing these accordingly.
