Whether it’s getting involved by responding to Facebook polls and surveys, attending events, joining a group or becoming a board member, there are lots of ways to get your voice heard.

How customers have been involved
Customer Connect Panel
This group of customers provided advice and challenged us on our Better Connected Programme which is our major digital updating project.
The programme aims to ensure that all our services are more closely tailored to your needs and are easier and quicker to access through the MyRaven customer portal.
Panel members met regularly to discuss specific issues, reviewed the new processes to ensure the services were designed with you in mind.
They used a variety of methods to make recommendations and the results were used to help design the programme – ensuring that customers were involved every step of the way.
Members learnt about the Better Connected Programme and how it impacted on our customers; looked at how requests were being dealt with, recommended ways to improve the repairs process and suggested improvements to the MyRaven customer portal.
