We believe that by working in close partnership with you we can provide high quality, value for money services and make sure we’re clear and open about our decisions.
Whether it’s getting involved by responding to Facebook polls and surveys, attending events, joining a group or becoming a board member, there are lots of ways to get your voice heard.

How customers have been involved
Through out the Summer we gathered feedback from our customer’s on what they felt Raven should be prioritising over the next 3 years. This was carried out by talking to customers at the various summer events we attended and an on-line survey sent out to all. The feedback has helped up plan our new strategic plan for 2024-2027.
Customer’s have been involved in the current re-design of services we are doing for Repairs and when you start your tenancy. We have used customer feedback in a number of ways, and listened to where the barriers are for customers in the services we offer.
