Customer surveys
Our main source of customer feedback is from our customer satisfaction survey, carried out by telephone by an independent company on a monthly basis. The feedback is reported back to us every other month, and the comments are followed up when required.
One-off consultations
We carry out one-off consultations for specific projects throughout the year to help us understand the views and feelings of our customers.
