Make your voice heard!
We would like you to get involved and have a say in how we provide and deliver services. We believe by working in close partnership with you we can deliver high quality, value for money services and improve our accountability to you. We welcome any of our residents who would like to get involved.
What difference have residents made?
Here are a few of the key successes in 2016/17 involving residents:
- The complaints process was improved which meant the number of complaints received reduced.
- The residents prioritised particular estates for us to make improvements in. These were done and helped make a difference to the community environment, making it a better place to live.
- Residents helped shape the Strategic Plan and the focus for the Business Plan.
- Changing the governance structure to strengthening the voice of the residents to the Board.
How you could get involved:
Why not join the Resident Scrutiny Panel? This will give you an 'access all areas' pass to look at how we are doing against our service standards.
Join the Scrutiny Panel
You could join the 'Falcon' Residents Board who take a strategic focus on the business and link with the main Board.
You could get involved in testing our services by becoming a Raven inspector.
