Changing your home
If you are a Raven tenant and you want to move there are a number of options available.
These are:
- transferring to another Raven property
- mutual exchange with another tenant
We are currently offering cash incentives to people who want to move to a smaller home.

To move home you must now register with Homechoice. You must be on your local authority's register to be considered for a property. Click here for more information about how the transfer process works and the points system we use to ensure those with the most pressing needs are given priority.
Mutual exchanges

Please remember that both parties who are mutually exchanging need to complete and return a copy of the form to Raven, at the address shown at the top of the form.
