Measuring the difference you make 

We’ve spent a lot of time talking to our residents to find out what matters to you and how you want to be involved. We believe we’ve put in place a broad range of opportunities that meet these needs. However, what matters is the difference your involvement makes to us and to you.

The Major Works Steering Group asked if residents could be offered optional extra improvements to their homes.

Residents receiving Decent Homes works are to be offered additional bathroom tiling by Wates (for an additional charge) Other options are being explored.

The play area on the Cromwell estate needs a revamp.

A new slide has been installed at the Cromwell estate.

Involved residents told us that they did not find our Resource Room useful as it was too far for them to travel or they already had a computer

The Resident resource room has now been taken back for use by Raven. The computer has been swapped for a laptop which is available for loan.

A number of complaints have been received about pets

 A new pets policy and accompanying leaflet is being developed with residents. Watch out for a copy in the post.

An e-survey told us that residents were interested in first aid training

New first aid course has been planned for July/August
