Resident inspectors
Our Resident Inspector Team is also referred to as 'Raven Reporters'
They were established in 2008 and have since successful completed 7 internal inspections. The team have built a great reputation in the housing sector and were featured in the Tenant Participation Advisory Service’s Good Practice Digest.
The main aim of the team is to find out if Raven services are really delivering 'what they say on the tin'. They speak to residents, staff & contractors using different communicaiton methods.
