Repairs

Raven is responsible for repairs to the structure and exterior of your home and for installations for the supply of water, gas, electricity, sanitation and heating.

If you have a problem with any of these, please call us as soon as possible so we can repair the fault.

Repairs considered emergencies are:

  • Flood (but not from a washing machine)
  • Fire
  • Gas leak
  • No power
  • Property not secure

To report a repair call our 24 hour repairs line free phone: 0800 289 255. If you have an emergency repair out of our normal office hours (including weekends, bank holidays and evenings) and have problems contacting us then you can call freephone 0845 061 3905. Please be aware that calls from mobiles to the freephone numbers may incur a charge.

Report a Repair Online

If your gas bolier, central heating or hot water needs repairing call our gas contractor, Smith & Byford, direct on 0800 917 8335.

Once you have reported a repair we will either place an order for the work to be done or arrange for a neighbourhood surveyor to check what work needs to be done. We make an  appointment at a mutually convenient time.

When the work is done we will ask you to complete a satisfaction card.  We also inspect a 10% sample of all repairs done.
