Rent payment options

 

You can pay your rent in a a number of ways 

  • at the Post Office or through Paypoint - hand your card to the cashier with your cash, cheque or debit card.  You will be given a receipt.  Please keep this receipt as proof of payment.

 

  • on the telephone - Call 0844 557 8321 and follow the instructions.  This is an automated telephone system. (Most payment cards have an old number on which no longer works - please call the new number above)

 

  •  using the internet - follow the link on the pay on-line

 

  •  by direct debit download a direct debit mandate here direct-debit-mandate.pdf (0.031MB) (or call 01737 272 400). Complete the form and return it to Raven Housing Trust Ltd, Raven House, 29 Linkfield Lane, Redhill, Surrey RH1 1SS. Your rent or service charges can then be paid automatically from your bank account each month. All you need is a suitable bank or building society account and the funds available on the day that payment is due. If the rent changes we will let you know the new amount in advance. Paying by Direct Debit is an excellent way to make sure you don’t get into rent arrears. If you are worried what might happen if there is a mistake in the amount we ask your bank to pay, you might like to know that your bank and Raven offer you a “direct debit guarantee”, so that you can get a refund quickly and easily.
