Rent payment options

You can pay your rent or service charges in a number of ways 

You can choose the most convenient way to pay your rent or service charges from the options below:

Direct debit

Download a direct debit form or call 0300 123 3399. Return the form to Raven Housing Trust Ltd, Raven House, 29 Linkfield Lane, Redhill, Surrey RH1 1SS. Your rent or service charges can then be paid automatically from your bank account each month. All you need is a suitable bank or building society account and the funds available on the day that payment is due. If the rent changes we will let you know the new amount in advance.

Paying by direct debit is one of the easiest and safest ways to pay. If there is a mistake in the amount we ask your bank to pay, your bank and Raven offer you a “direct debit guarantee”, so that you can get a refund quickly and easily.

Online

Tenants can pay using online banking through your own bank or building society website using these details:

Barclays Bank

Account Number: 83393070

Reference: Your nine digit rent reference number.

Or, using a credit or debit card, you can transfer the amount you owe direct via AllPay: pay on-line (AllPay is not available to homeowners).

Homeowners can make payments online using these details:

Reference: Your account number (call the homeownership team on 0300 123 3399 if you're not sure what this is).

At the Post Office or through Paypoint

Hand your payment card to the cashier with your cash, cheque or debit card.  You will be given a receipt.  Please keep this receipt as proof of payment.

Telephone

You can call us on 0300 123 3399 during office hours to pay over the phone using a credit or debit card – you can use Visa, Visa Electron, Solo or Maestro debit cards or MasterCard or Visa credit cards.

Alternatively, call 0844 557 8321 and follow the instructions.  This is an automated telephone system and you will need your rent account card number (the long number). 

Cheque

Cheques should be made payable to Raven Housing Trust Ltd. and sent to Raven House, 29 Linkfield Lane, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 1SS. Please write your name and address on the back of the cheque.

In person

You can pay by cash, cheque or using a credit or debit card at our Redhill office.

Standing order

Return the standing order form to Raven Housing Trust Ltd, Raven House, 29 Linkfield Lane, Redhill, Surrey RH1 1SS. Your rent or service charges can then be paid automatically from your bank account each month. All you need is a suitable bank or building society account and the funds available on the day that payment is due. You will need to update your standing order if there is a change to the amount you want to pay.

Lost AllPay Cards

If you have lost your AllPay rent payment card, please call us on 0300 123 3399 or email us at rents.and.income@ravenht.org.uk. If you email us please give us your name, address of your home or garage which relates to the card you have lost, and, if you have it, your tenancy number.  Please also leave a phone number so we can contact you if we have a query with your request.
