How can I check if my rent account is up to date?
We will send you a rent statement every three months which will show you whether your rent is up to date. You can also check the balance at anytime by registering for “seemydata”, on our website.
This will show, for each week, the amount you should have paid and the amounts we have received. The statement will also show whether your account is clear, in credit (where you have paid in advance), or in arrears and if so, by how much.
