Leatherhead Night Hostel, Leatherhead
The Hostel was completed on 23rd June 2011 after a period
of refurbishment and renewal. The property now provides accommodation for 12 people in single and double en-suite rooms replacing the 4 people to a shared room facility.
The property also provides a dining room and shared kitchen as well as a new lounge.
A green sedum roof covers the new extension which is a first for Raven!
Gaist Ave, Caterham
This 3 x 2 bedroom terraced house development was completed in February 2011.
The houses have been built to Code Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
The houses feature Photovoltaic Roof Panels to assist in the generation of electricity and Mechanical Heat Recovery units, both of which should greatly reduce the carbon footprint and reduce energy bills.
Conniston Crt, 55 Massetts Rd, Horley
Number 55 was once a outdated hostel for homeless people with shared facilities. Completed in April 2011, Raven have now refurbished and extended this property to provide 7 x 1 bed flats & 2 x 2 bed self contained flats for temporary accommodation.
Noble Hse, Redhill
Completed in March 2011, this striking development comprises of 126 1 & 2 bedroom flats by Hollybrook PLC. It is spread over 6 storeys above a retail development in the centre of Redhill. Raven will have 50 flats, comprising 25 x 1 beds and 25 x 2 beds, which are currently being sold on Newbuild Homebuy terms. The scheme benefits from HCA Kick Start funding.

Blackborough Rd, Reigate
Completed in March 2011, 43-45 Blackborough Road is a development of 17 flats (16 x 1 bed and 1 x 2 bed) in Reigate. The site was previously used as a Council depot. The 17 new homes will comprise of 12 for rent and 5 for intermediate rent. The homes will be owned and managed by Raven Housing Trust.
Langley Walk, Crawley
Rydon Construction completed 12 new homes in March 2011. They consist of 2 x 2 bed houses & 10 x 3 bed houses in Langley Green, Crawley. All properties have private gardens, associated parking and are built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3.
The homes have been let on a rental basis to applicants on the Crawley County Council housing register and the new homes will be owned and managed by Raven Housing Trust.
