Quick facts about Raven’s development department
- Raven will be building or acquiring 500 new homes by 2014
- Since Raven’s formation in 2002 we have built or acquired more than 309 new homes
- To do this we:
- Build on land we already own
- Build on land bought from private owners, local authorities and other public bodies
- Work with developers where there is a requirement to provide affordable housing
