 A bit about Raven.....

Formed in 2002, Raven is based in Redhill, Surrey and owns or manages more than 6,000 homes. The majority of Raven's homes are Reigate and Banstead but we are increasingly working in surrounding areas. We now have homes in Mole Valley, Epsom and Ewell, Mid Sussex, Crawley, Woking, Sutton and Tandridge.

Raven has developed a reputation for our innovative environmental work. We have won a number of national awards and in 2008 Raven was the first housing association to build a code level 5 home.

An Audit Commission inspection of Raven's housing management services in 2008 rated Raven as providing a good two star service with promising prospects for improvement. This put Raven in the top 30 per cent of housing associations in southern England.

Over the past nine years Raven has invested more than £50million on improvements to our homes. All Raven homes meet decent homes and an on-going programme ensures all homes continue to meet high standards.

We have a good track record of working in partnership with a number of local authorities to address their specific needs in providing affordable homes for local people. With Reigate and Banstead Borough Council, Raven has refurbished all our shared facilities sheltered homes so that all are now self-contained. A similar improvement programme is nearing completion for Raven's temporary accommodation homes.
