Raven is constructing twenty-six 1 & 2-bedroom flats in partnership with Taylor Wimpey Homes at the RH19 site in East Grinstead. 6 flats will be available for purchase on shared ownership basis and the remaining will be let on a rental basis to applicants on Mid Sussex District Council's housing register. All the homes will be built to Code For Sustainable Homes Level 3, and two will be adapted for wheelchair users. Green Wrythe Nursery, Sutton
Raven is working in partnership with Green Acre Homes to build 8, 2 bedroom houses for social rent. The homes will be available to local residents in the London Borough of Sutton. The nursery building has now been demolished and the new homes are due to be completed in September 2011. The scheme will be built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4.

Scallows Rd, Crawley
Raven purchased this site with full planning permission at the end of March 2011.
The development comprises of 6 x 1 bedroom flats and 14 x 2 bedroom houses. Blackmore Building Services have been appointed to build these homes and are experienced in developing in residential areas.
The homes are due to complete in late Spring 2012.
Some of the homes will be available for shared ownership, details of this will be published closer to the time of completing the development.
