Grass cutting and outdoors

Our grounds maintenance contractors will: 

• Cut the grass - Grass will be cut 14 times per year. Grass clippings are not collected.
• Cut hedges - This carried out twice a year in early spring and late summer. The first trim will be after the nesting season.
• Looking after shrub beds - These are visited once per month between spring and autumn with litter and weeds removed.
• Kill weeds - We aim to limit our use of weed killers to prevent the spread of hazardous substances. However we do spray garage forecourts, paths and paved areas. This is carried out by a specialist contractor.
• Trees - Any tree on our communal land that is dying, diseased or dangerous will be inspected and dealt with as quickly as possible. Any other works will be carried out at the recommendation of our tree specialist.
