Estate inspections

Twice a year, in consultation with our area-based neighbourhood panels, Raven staff carry out estate inspections.

Your local community housing manager, your neighbourhood warden and staff from the repairs section walk through estates identifying any work needed in the communal areas as well as looking for any breaches of tenancy, such as overgrown gardens, abandoned cars, grafitti and fly tipping.

We welcome residents who wish to join us on these inspections. We will display posters nearer the time, reminding you of the dates, as listed below. Please feel free to join even a part of the inspection. If you would like to participate please feel free to contact your community housing manager.

Click the links below for estate inspection dates for April, May and June 2012. Inspections happen every six months, so if your local inspection is not listed it is not due to take place this quarter.

Once an inspection has been completed, a copy of the report is sent to every resident who attends and a copy is available on our website for all residents to see.
