Council board members

Carol PoulterCarol Poulter

Carol has a degree in Social Sciences from University College London and in her professional career worked in HR with two multinational companies.

She has represented the Ward of South Park and Woodhatch on Reigate and Banstead Borough Council for three and a half years during which time she spent three years as a member of the planning committee. For the past two years she also served as a Licensing Sub- Committee Chairman.

As a local Councillor Carol has, in the past, been associated with Raven from the “other side of the fence” and has always maintained a close interest in the activities of Housing Associations.

 Ros Mill

Ros was elected as councillor for Kingswood and Burgh Heath in 2007. She is the marketing director for Aberdour Prep School and has lived in Kingswood for over 20 years. Ros has worked closely with many voluntary and charitable organisations including the homeless, young offenders, under age parents and young addicts. She has also been responsible for setting up community enterprise and training schemes working in collaboration with councils and housing trusts. She ran the Family Groups charity in Croydon which dealt with families relocated by the Council. She has experience in working with young families and has qualified in adult education teaching and parenting training. She also has considerable experience in the commercial sector.

Graeme Crome

Graeme_CromeGraeme was elected as a Borough Councillor in May 2006 for the ward of Merstham. He is married and has three children who attend local primary and secondary schools.

Graeme has previously served as a Council representative on Raven's board and is proud to be able to return to work with the Trust, its Tenants and Lease Holders.

Graeme has a keen interest in resident involvement and regeneration.
