Personal enquiries and housing surgeries
Residents and other customers are able to visit us at Raven House in Redhill and a number of local offices. Staff are available to answer questions about rent accounts, tenancy and leasehold issues and other queries.
A hearing loop is available at both Raven House and Marbles Way for visitors using a hearing aid.

Changes in your circumstances
If your circumstances change it might affect your tenancy. This might depend on whether you have a sole tenancy or a joint tenancy. Changing circumstances could include if you marry or divorce. We have guidelines on who can succeed to a tenancy if a tenant dies – for instance a husband or wife.
You may also have the right to pass on (assign) your tenancy to another person.
