Raven’s new affordable homes for sale in East Grinstead attract early interest

Local people in East Grinstead wanting to get onto the property ladder have shown a lot of early interest in six new affordable homes for sale by Raven.The one and two bedroom apartments at Pottery Barn in Garland Road, East Grinstead, which are being offered for sale on the 'New Build HomeBuy', part buy part rent (shared ownership) scheme, were built by Taylor Wimpey.
One bedroom apartments start from £43,125 for a 25% share of apartments valued at £172,500 and two bedroom apartments start from £48,750 for a 25% share of apartments valued at £195,000.
The homes include high spec interiors, with custom designed fitted bathrooms, and kitchens with oven, hob and hood, fridge/freezers, washer dryers, and carpets. Some parking spaces are available by separate negotiation.
Garland Road is within easy walking distance of East Grinstead's train station and the historic town centre. The town has good transport links, with London an hour away by train and Gatwick Airport, the M25 and M23 close by.
