Raven has appointed John Butler as its new chair.Raven has appointed John Butler as its new chair. He replaces Mark Bennett who held the position for 5 years.
John Butler has over 30 years' experience in social housing and a special interest in community regeneration and partnership working. His wide experience in social housing includes ten years as Chief Executive of the PHA Group based in Portsmouth. He has been extensively involved in community regeneration and has been active in the voluntary sector particularly in mediation and community finance.
John Butler explained, "I joined Raven Housing Trust because of its record as a locally focused organisation working with its residents to deliver a really good service and benefit the wider community."
