Update on outdoor repairs during the winter

Cold weather can make it difficult to carry out some outdoor repair jobs, such as repairs to paving, brick walls, concreting in communal areas and fencing.This year, rather than simply banking this work until the weather gets warmer, we are surveying jobs raised and booking them in from 1 April 2012, giving residents a better service by providing them with a planned appointment. Plus, if the weather makes it possible to carry on with outside work during the winter months, we may bring these jobs forward.
We will still carry out all urgent work, including work that might pose a risk to someone's health and safety.
