Renting a garage
Raven has 2,500 garages for rent in the borough of Reigate and Banstead. Many of them are in and around town centres. We rent garages to Raven tenants, leaseholders and other people.
Renting a Raven Garage
You must be over 18 to rent a garage. We let garages on a first-come, first-served basis but Raven tenants have priority.
You can rent one or more of our garages. We will give special consideration to people who have exceptional needs.
Raven residents, or former residents, must not have rent or service charge arrears.
Basic Info
Raven provides standard size garages measuring 2.2m x 4.5m with a 6ft door.
