Training and development opportunities

We are committed to training and developing  staff and in recognition of this we were awared Investors in People accreditation in 2005.  A large number of employees are undertaking professional qualifications supported by Raven.  This includes two tradesteam apprentices and an IT apprentice as well as a PATH trainee.

Many employees are based at Raven's hi-tech offices at Raven House, Redhill. Redhill is a good place to work with a thriving shopping centre.  It has good rail and road transport links and is just 2 miles from the M25.
We employ people from a wide range of backgrounds and skills sets.  We have our own in–house professional tradesteam, as well as housing professional, surveyors, customer service staff as well as support teams such as finance, IT and human resources.
